Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in flour and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth and stir until combined.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve sauce over the cooked noodles.
