1 medium spaghetti squash

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.

Halve squash, scoop seeds, season with oil, salt, pepper.

Roast face-down 30–35 minutes.

Scrape into strands and sauté with garlic, cheese, and parsley.
