Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.

  • Halve squash, scoop seeds, season with oil, salt, pepper.

  • Roast face-down 30–35 minutes.

  • Scrape into strands and sauté with garlic, cheese, and parsley.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
