- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
