- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
- Add diced tomatoes and beef broth, bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and cook until tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Top with fresh cilantro or avocado if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
