Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
