- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in salsa and cooked rice, heat through.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover until melted.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips or warm tortillas.
