Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade and reserve the marinade.
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a small pot, combine reserved marinade. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pot. Cook until thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over cooked salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use skinless or skin-on salmon as preferred.
