- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
Notes
- Serve with pickles for added flavor.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
