Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 300g sausage, sliced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200g cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes and herbs, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine pasta with sausage mixture.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
