Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
