Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve hot.
