- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
