Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
  8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes
