Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until chicken is browned.
- Add onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until thickened.
- Combine pasta with sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
