Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the frozen vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the casserole is bubbly.
