Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 (14 oz) package kielbasa, sliced into rounds (use turkey or chicken sausage for a leaner version)

1 small green cabbage, cored and sliced thinly (about 6 cups)

1 large onion, sliced

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions
