3 ripe bananas, mashed

½ cup butter, melted

¾ cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 ½ cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease loaf pan.

Mash bananas; stir in butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients separately; fold into wet mix.

Notes
