Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
