  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, and cheese sauce in a large baking dish.
  8. Spread sour cream over the top and mix gently.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
